There is no actual consistent definition of the word for them and is often used as a buzzword to describe a negative characteristic of wokescoldy, sjw leftists at best or wildly vilified, imagined and strawmanned descriptions of the supposed left at worst.

ONLY Europe / Christendom to be criticized; no criticism of Islam, Africa, Asia, USA Black culture, etc.
ONLY Criticizing to destroy, no functionality, no forgiveness, no improvement.
