A combination of the word Whoooosh (commonly used to point out people who missed a joke) and douchebag (an asshole). These people are mad about missing a joke, so they often result in using racial slurs and incomprehensible logic. They may also use the phrase “Schrödinger’s Douchebag” in order for them to make themselves look better.

Stop being a whoooshbag and move on with your life.
