Someone that peaks too soon. Coined in the Mike Meyers, Gwyneth Paltrow movie View From the Top. Used to describe someone that reached their peak too soon, and are headed towards a steady decline in skill, intelligence, etc.

Gwyneth Paltrow: How could I have failed that test? I am at the top of the class!

An insult used on a member of society who has caused some sort of problem.
-The word kniving is actually pronounced CUH-NIVE-ING, but would ruin the pun if it was spelled a way different than it is.
The word is coined by a good friend of mine, so I decided to steal it.
