A highly confused semi dangerous person, disorganized. Tends to drop and break things. Always looking for misplaced / lost items. Very elusive and hard to find. Moves rapidly.

"Has anyone seen Mike?" "Yeah that guy is a real scatterjack, he is in the work bay looking for the tools he lost this morning."

A young country singer in the making with an astounding voice that will freakin' blow your mind the first time you hear it. Maybe you haven't heard of him yet, but I promise, you will one day, and you'll wish you heard of him sooner. Scotty is known for his deep, deep country singing voice, especially for such a young age. I promise you, he will be the next huge country star in years to come.
Also a very genuine, well-mannered, and down to earth kid.

scotty shank nugs

Scotty shank nugs has been in existence since 1998.

It describes a situation where someone purposefully does something to complicate the life of someone else.

It also describes another way of saying how disgusting something or someone is. explaining how you feel.

Scotty shank nugs has also been used to mean hurling everything out of your stomach and then some... meaning that burning fluid called bile. Something a lot of people really don't like doing in whatever circumstance.

"What a scotty shank nugs move on his part...I can't believe it!"

"I feel like scotty shank nugs"

"I was driving my car down Alafaya Trail when I had to stop in the middle of the road to ralf all over my front seat. That was a total scotty shank nug move."

When one attempts to write their thesis, but can't make a thoughtful statement if their life depended on it and all that comes out is something that has the cadence of something thoughtful but lacks any substance or direction.

I read her paper and she must have been thesis scatting, I can't understand anything she wrote.
