A term used to describe a research methodology that is a hybrid both quality and quantity research.

Usually used when certain attributes from both qualitative and quantitative research are needed.

A broad coverage like quantitative is needed but yet in-depth with details like those of a qualitative research.

"Who are the Chinese commuters and why do they travel using the bicycles instead of the subway? Let's do a duo-qua study in their transportation rationale."
