Well, that's what it sounds like, but it might not be what he said. Although "then deada" rhymes with vendetta, the meaning isn't entirely clear. "Hit" can mean shot, so it could mean that the girl is so attractive that seeing her is as powerful as being shot - like being "knocked out" by her beauty.
