A state of over reaction to a perceived slight or annoyance, usually characterized by frenetic hand motions, the extended disparagement of said annoyance usually accompanied by a false equivocation of the annoyance to be a cause or effect of an otherwise unrelated event, social trend, or political ideology. Hammondsport

A small village in Upstate New York that resides at the southern end of Keuka Lake that is filled with tourists and honeymooners who think it is the best small town on earth but once you live here you realize that it's only sort'of nice in the summer and all people do is sit around and smoke large amounts of weed.
