gazinka

a generic encompassing noun used to name an item for which a specific word is not coming to the mind of the speaker

"please pass me the gazinka" in this case the speaker was not able to think of the word to name the remote control;
or
"do you have any of those gazinkas left?" the speaker does not know the name of the item he or she is requesting but wants to impress the person they are addressing.
