One who would go proactively go out of their way to kill your buzz. The violence and glee with which they go about this task puts them at the level of assassin ... a buzz assassin.

I avoid going to Monday's before 4pm because the buzz assassin that runs that place in the afternoon won't serve me more than 2 drinks before shutting me off.

AFK Assassination

In a first person shooter, when you go away from keyboard for just a second to do something, and come back to find yourself dead in-game. Common modes of death include being sniped or simply run up to with a melee weapon.

"Dude. You just stood still for a second and a sniper got you."

"Shit! I was just opening a bag of Cheetos!"

"Must've been an AFK Assassination."
