the over sized pecks or boobs on a man that hang low enough and are flabby enough resenble testicles on a guys chest.

It was a horrible sight at basketball when we were skins and i realized everyone besides me had distgusting "chesticles".

Chesticles 

A set of boobs or moobs that are saggy, wrinkly, over-tanned, and hairy; resembles the appearance of a set of testicles in the chest area. Chesticles also include oddly large and hard nipples which resembles the testicles themselves inside the sack. Should be difficult to distinguish from testicles if felt in the dark.
