Retardiculous

Hybrid of the words "retard"(to slow progress or hinder developement)and "ridiculous"(outrageous, stupid or ignorant usage)
Used when one of the two words just doesnt cover it to define the actions or behavior of someone,or to describe something like an outfit or style
I came up with the word on June 4th 1997, when my friend rolled a 7 gram blunt. It was retardiculous, and made all who smoked that day experience exactly what the word means.
