Jailitis 

When a prisoner, while on his way to jail/at jail, all of sudden has 'difficulty breathing', 'extremely high blood pressure' or some other form of bogus medical condition. The prisoner by law must be taken to a comfortable hospital bed with free food to by cleared medically. This can often take hours - thus avoiding a cold cement cell a period of time.
"I was a block away from the jail when my prisoner got a case of 'jailitis'. I was stuck sitting at the hospital with him for 4 hours.

Jiginitis 

A treatable, incurable disease commonly found in die hard fisherman. Symptoms include pain, from the finger tips to the shoulder of the rod holding arm, depression and mood swings due to lack of fishing.
My jiginitis is really flaring up, I need to go fishing.
