A Jay pike is another word for a very large turd a turd so massive that when you try to flush it doesn't fit down the toilet. Sometimes spinning in an attempt to fit in the comparatively small plumbing.

"Man.. I feel bad for the janitor who has to clean up the massive jay pike I layed in that toilet!"
