When a Gamer(or theoretically other)'s voice cracks while ranting and raging and sounds like illegible high pitched dolphin noises. A term used by MoistCr1TiKaL often while watching videos Gamer Rage.

"His voice cracked a little but he didn't go Full Dolphin, it's not a real gamer rage if someone doesn't go Full Dolphin."
