The Bowflex
A sexual maneuver named for its many moving parts as well as for the stamina and strength needed to sustain it. In a missionary position, grab the female partner's left shoulder with your left hand and slide your right arm under her ass. Pull her ass up off the bed so that you're on your elbow. Position yourself, and push your body off the ground on your tip-toes. As you pump downward, pull her body upward with your hand under her ass, and use your left hand to keep her from sliding away.
