Sustomer

A customer of insurance who is almost certainly attempting to commit insurance fraud
Pet Insurance Rep: "We're trying to get medical records, but this client is claiming the pet has never been to any vet; though the pet has been spayed and is up to date on vaccines, and they mentioned seeing a vet in a previous conversation"
Insurance Adjuster: "I found the medical records, looks like they asked the clinic not to send them to us and didn't want us to access them because the pet has several pre-existing conditions that they've made claims related to."
Rep: "Hmm.... sounds like a Sustomer to me!"

suctomer

The most pernicious and unfortunately, common, kind of customer, usually found frequenting retail environments for no other reason but to harass young and inexperienced, teen-aged employees. Sometimes found online badgering telemarketers for long periods, but in this case, their role is mutual as lower life forms.
Oh my God, dude, here comes that suctomer from last week who said I messed up his order but it was exactly what he ordered. He's not a customer; he's a suctomer!

A toe rag was originally a foot wrapping used, since mediaeval times up until the mid-nineteenth century, to protect the foot from chafing by boots or shoes. As these were, quite literally, rags they weren’t usually washed, and so with use they became very smelly until they were thrown away. Because of the similarity in smell, toe rag also became the name applied to dried, salted cod or other things with a strong, unpleasant, fishy smell. It didn’t take that long before the name was applied to someone who was an obnoxious, unpleasant OIC.
1 “Socks! Those aren’t socks you smelly git, they’re toe rags!”
2 “What have you been cooking? Smells like toe rag!”
3 “I can smell ‘er fanny from ‘ere, proper toe rag.”
4 That Heale Malcolm is a right toe rag.
