Short-Sleeved Genius 

A Short-Sleeved Genius is a person, usually a male, who abuses their minor managerial role within a business setting. This person utilizes their limited power to assert complete authority or assumed knowledge in an aggressive manner. Think a psycho Pep Boys manager or Dwight from The Office. While anyone wearing short sleeves and a tie is a potential Short-Sleeved Genius, it is not a mandatory dress code.

I was at the DMV getting my license renewed when some Short-Sleeved Genius told me I was in the wrong line. He threatened to "write me up" if I didn't change lines. WTF, I don't even work there!

To be covered in tattoos down any appendage. There are "sleeves", which usually refer to arm tattoos that go from shoulder to wrist, "half sleeves" which go from either write to elbow or elbow to shoulder and "leg sleeves", whcih typically cover half or all of a person's leg.

I saw this crazy Giger tattoo that covered a guy's arm. He said he loved being sleeved with Giger.

Based on the rabbit in the hat trick; the rabbit actually moves down the sleeve into the hat. If the Magician has short sleeves, you see the rabbit.

Person 1: Dude, yesterday Dan fell on his face when trying to do an ollie, so he stormed off and blamed his new Nike Airs.
