Corporate douche bag = a hard driven arrogant tough businesswoman. These broads are generally very cold, hard boiled women who will do whatever-it-takes to acheive in the corporate world - they are very tough. Many are married, many others are not - some are Lesbians - who often hate men.

Best advice, dont get in their way - defuse them with dry sarcastic humor.

These broads are douche bags with balls.

The CEO of the company that I used to work for was a corporate douche bag - she was very tough, hard as nails and had big balls !

Corporate Douchebag Speak 

The typical jargon used by corporate executives completely out of touch with the peons actually doing the work. Will refer to six sigma, core values, team effort, denominators, profit sharing etc. Meanwhile they are clueless as to how real world operations occur.

Mark the new CEO came in and gave the all-hands meeting a company overview. Unfortunately it was just a bunch of Corporate Douchebag Speak. He's off to Hawaii while I'm pulling OT.

Someone who utilises tactical strike patterns from offensive military strategy within business practices (i.e. Microsoftian Seige Tactics for Patent suppression), in order to fuck over anyone they can get their hands on.

That Corporate Douchebag just sent that Military Organisation to wipe out village that said no to their factory.
