Schmoogie 

Another slang word for a homie, or someone from ones home town who has grown up there and never left. Typified by hanging around on the streets, a bit rebellious, never really held down a job and has little aspiration to move away from their home town.
Dave will never leave, he is full blown schmoogie for sure.

A disgustingly cute nickname for one's significant other, featured (perhaps coined) on the Seinfeld episode "The Soup Nazi." Often used in a tongue-in-cheek manner when one desires to imitate those publicly affectionate individuals one dreads encountering in a restaurant.
"You're schmoopie!"
