The scream climbers make when pushing through the crux of a problem or when a climber is pumped but continues to climb through the pain.

Named after the famous and professional Czech climber Adam Ondra, who is famous for screaming REALLY loudly when he is climbing.

Yelling, and even swearing, at the right moments might improve your athletic performance.

I was at the climbing gym last night and pushed through the crux move of my 7c+ project, aided by an almighty Orgadam.
