Literally the WORST quality to a human being ever. Bar fucking none. We might as well officially declare it the 8th deadly sin.

It's very common among those who are incapable of taking a harmless little joke and take every single thing so goddamn personally; the biggest red flag is how they'd always accuse someone of "bullying" them then get all defensive when they predictably get told otherwise, refusing to admit they're wrong and work on growing a thick skin and learning to control themselves.

A: "They were bullying me yesterday"
B: "Bruh, they were only teasing. Drop your victim mentality and grow up."

victim of vicinity 

When you do something you might not otherwise do, due to the fact that someone or something is in throwing distance of your ass. It is used as a way to throw off blame for giving into temptation.

"You cannot blame me for sleeping with Bob again. I didn't mean for it to happen. I am a victim of vicinity."

victim hat 

The victim hat is not a real hat, it is metaphorical. Those who "wear the victim hat" are those who complain that whatever "pain" and "suffering" they are experiencing is caused by the actions of another person or another group of people. This usually results in a demand of compensation (in some form or another) by the one who feels that he or she is victimized, from the one(s) that is causing the victimization.

Victim of Overhype 

When a person builds up something so much that it takes a life of it's own. To Brag about something exagerate.

My father would tell all his friends that I was the best attorney in town, when in fact I was only attending a pre-law class at Jr. College. I was a total Victim of Overhype!

victim disarmament 

The condition reached when so called gun control reaches its apex after setting up gun free zones. It creates victims because the criminals will always be armed, through guns or physical strength.

She had a CCW but because she was on campus, in her state a gun free zone and a law abiding person, she was raped through the process of victim disarmament.

Victim Whore

One who seeks victimhood by doing anything it takes to be viewed as the victim, even by instigating a situation.

By verbally abusing the fine gentleman, then getting in his way to yell at him some more, the victim whore filed charges on the fine gentleman for assault when he made the slightest contact trying to get around her.
