Game, usually played in a locker room or sports setting, in which one gets a friend or teammate to look down at their exposed scrotum by saying," Want some gum?" If they look they get kicked in the ass numerous times and you get to call them gay for a long time.

At a therapist office.
Therapist: So tell me what happened Billy.
Billy: Well, I was in the locker room getting ready for practice when Ryan called to me from across the room. He said, " Want some gum? " , and so I turned around thinking he'd throw me a stick of gum, but there they were.... I'll never ever get that horrible image out of my head.

Try to say the sentence “I do not not want to eat it.” korrectly; in order to do so, you will sound nasaly, sort-of like a stuck-up French person. Just be sure that y‘are not actually saying ‘wants to’. If you say it too many times, your ‘d’ in ‘do-not’ starts sounding different.
