1. Raw Hypothetical is a phrase used to describe an ideal hypothetical situation or even more simply, raw data.

2. It may also be used to describe something as awesome

Use 1:
A: If you were the president, that would be awesome
B: That is a raw hypothetical

Use 2:
A:That girl is hot...the thing I'd do to her!

Let's say, hypothetically 

"Let's say, hypothetically" is an infamous phrase often used by popular right-wing journalist Ben Shapiro during debates. It has become popular online to create memes satirizing Ben Shapiro by using phrases he commonly uses, such as "Let's say, hypothetically", or "for the sake of the argument".

"Let's say you've been a bad girl. Let's say, hypothetically, you've been a naughty girl even. Ok, and if you were a naughty girl, you would be my dirty little slut right? A newly coined term for what everything "is." Everything, every "object," is beyond any word or description it is not the thesis, is. It is not below the thesis, hypothetical. It is beyond any ones imagination, comprehension, understanding, words and/or ideas; unlimited by time, space, words and/or ideas; it is hypertherical.

" Eddy described a new system of government to stop war. The teacher told Eddy his example was hypothetical. He told her quite the contrary, it was hyperthetical; beyond any previous example or reasoning." Hyperthetical is the universal answer. Everything is hyperthetical, not meaningless, as are all other words.
