/plɒt/
noun:
A gathering of friends and
acquaintances on a particular day. Can refer to an impromptu event or one that's been planned out. Plots which are
particularly memorable are considered legendary and/or epic. Plural and singular forms used interchangeably.
"Yo, what's plots?" "The plot's at mine"
The term "plotter" refers to an individual engaging with plots. The "plotmaster" is the host of a particular plot, and a person who consistently hosts epic plots is the "designated plotmaster".
Verb:
The act of hanging out with a group of friends.
"You plotting tonight?" "Nah don't think I can plot"
Adjective:
A particularly fruitful and enjoyable gathering, one in which the goals of the plot have been achieved or surpassed. Always in plural form.
"Brooo, this is plots bro"
Exclamation:
Used alone to express either satisfaction with or excitement for a plot. Is also used whilst dapping another plotter up when concluding plots. Ending plots without this ritual is considered bad luck.
Example of all forms being used in
conversation:
"Yo, we plotting tonight?"
"
Hell yeah, plots at Spencer's, ten plotters
confirmed."
"Shiiit that's plots, shoutout to the plotmaster"
*Plots conclude*
"Thanks for the
legendary plot bro, cya later."
