Fitchew Asian 

A Fitchew Asian is a bad Asian driver always getting into a bad situation from high anxiety. Constantly backs in and out of parking spaces; causes traffic jams on freeways and usually drives a minivan.

They are always getting into a "bad situation" but it sounds like "fitchew-asian" hence the word.

A fitchew Asian could be someone always causing problems at work too, by being overly knowledgeable about many things

"Oh I got myself into a fitchew Asian on the freeway today when I bumped into that car"

To be finched describes what happens as an employee in an IT department who is suddenly and inexplicably prevented from going home on time by an inept IT director.

"Man, I was totally finched yesterday evening and had to carry out three hours of poorly planned work before I could go home.."
