Derived from the word 'pala-tao' (kepala tahu) meaning knows everything in Malay.

A branch of philosophy in which a person thinks he/she knows everything. But in fact that person knows little to non. Yet they still stand up to their point eventhough it has been proven false.

It is very Similar to words like ,,Fantastic".
The Word is commonly used in Germany.
