Since the emojis do not carry the pinky emoji to pinky promise though text. It's a way we showed and continue to show love to one another, by making promises like no one ever has.

Index Toe 

The toe (which is next to your large toe) that resembles E.T. Really, they look quite similar. It's quite uncanny.
