A loyal, kind hearted, latino. Extremely sweet if you’re on his good side. If you aren’t then prepare for the worst. A Francisco is a good friend and is always able to make you smile. Most definitely an extrovert and can make friends anywhere he goes. A Francisco can provide outstanding advice yet he never listens to it himself. He’s usually dark humoured and makes self ridiculing jokes to hide any pain he’s going through.

Francis Underwood 

Representative Francis J. “Frank” Underwood (born July 26, 1959) is the House Majority Whip and anti-hero of the hit Netflix original "House of Cards".
