Cho-Changin

This is what happens when a guy asks a girl out (for a dance or something) when she is already taken, but the girl likes the guy who just asked her out. She tells this guy no, but makes in obvious that she is interested.
Harry Potter (very quickly): Cho would you like to go to the Yule ball with me?
Cho: Oh, I'm sorry, but I've already been asked ... and I kinda said yes...
Harry (akwardly): Oh ok, fine, good, that's great (then turns around)
Cho: Harry! But I REALLY am sorry!

Origin: Comedian Margaret Cho's numerous attempts to talk like a stereotypical African-American woman when trying to make one of her jokes funnier. A contraction of the comedian's last name (Cho) and the name Shaneequa (Neequa).

Could also be used in the broader sense of an Asian woman who speaks like an Africa-American woman in some attempt at "added effect"

Butterfly. It's written as "cio-cio" in Italian, and Cio-cio is the name of the main character in the opera Madama Butterfly. In English it is usually spelled cho-cho. It's used more commonly as a pet's name than as a slang word for butterfly.
