Their alledged "customer service" and "technical support" is far from helpful. And their sales reps only knowledge is how to juggle numbers around to make the consumer think they are getting a deal when they're really not.

I bought a computer at MDG Computers and the harddrive crashed. MY DATA'S GONE!
I called MDG Tech Support for assistance and they put me on hold for 15 minutes because they were too stupid to know the answer.
