1. One that has a lot of balls; A person who shows his/her goods with no shame. This type of person can either come off as annoying or hilarious to some.

2. Posting random or extremely disturbing comments, kind of like a troll but for amusement on both parts.

Person A: "Ok guys lets talk about Glee now."
Person B: "GLEE IS FUCKING GAY, SHUT YOUR COCKLEY WHORISH MOUTH!"

Person A: "Well, if I HAD actually made a porno, I wouldn't consider myself to be a human anymore."
Person B: "That was a real cockley thing to say."
