below deck

A homosexual person who has not come to terms with their sexuality is said to be below deck.

below deck was initially coined to describe the various stages which lead to the coming out of homosexuals.

To fully understand this expression, one must realise that for many years, no one bothered putting much thought regarding the whereabouts of the closet, which happens to be... below deck.
How could Dan come out of the closet? he doesn't even realise that he is still below deck.

Below the hard deck

An age you will not go below when looking for a significant other. Coming in below the hard deck, in naval terms, means having a flight path that will bring you in below the hard deck of the aircraft carrier you're hoping to land on. This will only end poorly.
"Yeah, man, that girl's hot, but definitely below the hard deck. Going to have to pass."
"She's 24."
"I have high standards."

Below-Decky Stowaway

The improper usage of a zyn nicotine pouch, placing the pouch into the foreskin, and attempting to hide the fact that it's "on board"
Reginald thought no one would notice his Below-Decky Stowaway but his wincing wiggle is a dead giveaway
Spidey sense for evading poop on the street, canine or otherwise.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.

Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
