The emotion of having no motivation. Can come from lack of sleep or excess work and the combination of idiots in the workplace.

Greg today came in to the office with a raging headache, a pile of work and stupid questions. Notivation getting him down.

Notivation 

When someone tells you you can't or shouldn't do something, you are somehow more motivated than ever to prove them wrong. Notivation is a specific category of motivation that comes from being underestimated, misunderstood or written off. Can also be used as a verb: to notivate or to be notivated.

My boyfriend told me that he thought I was too lazy to ever move out of home. That was exactly the notivation I needed to start saving money.
