When Oda (aka Goda) plants seeds in early One Piece chapters for events that pay off in later plot developments.
Like foreshadowing, but abstracted to the point where even Goda choosing to have two related events occuring in chapters that end in the same last two numbers (or in chapter numbers using the same digits) is considered foreskinning.
Mugiwara1: Wow, did you know that the Chapter 925 opens with an almost identical panel to 592, returning to Spoiler island where we get an update on the redacted king!?!
Mugiwara2: No way, Goda foreskinning is on another level!
Mugiwara1: And Goda foreskinned that Redbeard was gonna be the main antagonist, back on trombone island too!
A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
