Redonculitis 

The disease of laughter or utter nonsense. It is classified as extremely contagious. Symptoms include random smiling, laughter for no reason, the uttering of random words or the carrying out of silly actions.

A man called Buzz Killington claims to have discovered the cure, but his doctorate has been taken away due to allegations that he murdered Buzz Lightyear and Buzz Aldrin, two famous astronaughts.
