A Mexicant is a person of Mexican descent who won’t work hard and is often seen goofing off and being lazy. Combination of Mexican and the contraction can’t.

Pedro is a Mexican because he works hard; whereas Jesus is a Mexicant because he can’t seem to do the work George gives him.

A mexican soccer fan who thinks that their team is so good, but always lose to the likes of the Argentina, USA, Guatemala, Honduras, ect... Think they are the best, but alway fall flat on their face.

The mexicant says will own you,(then they lose), they they make excuses never admitting that their team sucks, like: it was the refs fault, the field was bad, not enough mexican fans, our jerseys are green, you guys bunkered, ect...
