The act of an recieving an old-fashion while sporting a small and flaccid penis. Because the penis is so minute and non-erect, the person giving the hand job needs only to use their finger and thumb. Getting finger thumbed often leads to awkwardness, embarrassment, and feelings of inadequacy.
