The embodiment of ugliness and acne, the species that everybody doesn't fear but still avoids. If encountering a wild Wangden, it may result in death, serious injuries, or they might pass on their ugliness onto you. It is advised to stay away from any Wangden.

Wangden is a typical asian guy. Or not typical, Wangden is a bhuddist that is well knowned to being the kindest, humble and loyal man alive. Most girls talk to wangden, so he's kinda chill with everyone. He is handsome, kind, and will do a handshake with you on the spot.

Wangdong 

a slow and/or sluggish moving shopping cart; these are left by smart shoppers at your neighborhood grocery store because they are blessed with faulty wheels or their axles arent properly lubed; Wangdongs cause anger because when pushing a wangdong you must exert non-equal forces with your arms in order to push the cart along smoothly, thus making one arm tired while your wangdong skids along the floor of each isle.

Wangrene

A general infection of the penis caused by a number of different factors. These can include through fornication; a lack of personal hygiene; infection caused by an injury; or a dodgy circumcision, as carried out on some parts of the developing world.

The word is used in a general sense in reference to any infection or suspected infection of the male genital area.
