bathroom stalling 

The time spent in a public restroom after you poop, waiting for everybody to clear out so that nobody knows it was you who was pooping. Can be accomplished either by waiting for the bathroom to be completely empty, or by waiting until a new set of people come in who don't know you just pooped.

Woman 1: "Why did it take you so long in the bathroom?"
Woman 2: "I had to poop but these two girls were talkin' it up in the bathroom forever, so I was bathroom stalling for like 5 minutes!"

Smalling 

Another way of saying something shrinking, or going limp as in interest in a humorous way.

Being defined as losing interest in something, deflating.
Woman: What's wrong?
Man: Well, we were about to make love, but you started talking about your day at work. So now it's Smalling.

the act of stalling like a car
"shuts off". A person who is slow and lagging; wasting time.

person 1 : Oh my god, quit stalling!
person 2 : Hold on.. (continues trying on different shoes)
person 1 : .....we are so late.
