Refers to the process of exposing an unsuspecting person to dank memes, typically embedded in a slightly wholesome, funny video, GIF, etc. The subtle exposure paired with a rush of endorphins causes the subject to subconsiously form positive connotations with dank memes. Could also be referred to as "meme conditioning".
She's never been too fond of my dank memes or edgy humour, but seeing her laugh her arse off at cringe and feminazi compilations these days must mean that my memeception is working...

Being so far down the rabbit hole of "definitely not a thing" that it is toeing the line between "so stupid sounding that it has to be satire" and "someone clicked the middle word suggestion on their phone fifty times and got the resulting drivel published".
He posted a screenshot from Instagram that was of a Tweet to an article that was already proven false. That is called memeception.

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.
