A feminine male that passes as a female and can do it all with just feminine clothes, dieting, exercising and natural feminine beauty. No use of surgery, breast implants, hormone injections, or makeup at all.
Having a natural feminine body that is close to a female’s body helps, even growing out their hair and nails in the process. Exercise is focuses on burning fat but avoids building muscle. They also go for foods that produce estrogen and not testosterone.
