ignorant

Lacking in knowledge, awareness, empathy, and wisdom. Can apply to anyone, regardless of political affiliation. Contrary to popular belief, it is a very broad state of mind, not largely dependent on one's specific views on a subject. Despite this larger meaning, this word is usually hurled towards others by people who are also ignorant who happen to be upset by something someone said.
Most democrats and most republicans are ignorant. In fact, most people are as a whole! Blargh.

clinical depression

The same exact thing as depression, but usually more severe. Fluffed up with the world 'clinical' to make the problem seem medical.
depressed person: im miserable

psychiatrist: oh no no no you have clinical depression

depressed person: fuck you who cares about your technicalities

psychiatrist: theres a totally different brain structure

depressed person: no there isnt you just made that up

psychiatrist: um...i dunno

chemical imbalance

A largely unfounded hypothesis used to push drugs as a 'cure' to mental illness. People are fooled into accepting what is essentially marketing as 'science' by smarmy ads, vague language, and constant rehashing of the idea that emotions are medical problems.
There is no evidence for any kind of 'chemical imbalance' from birth causing any kind of mental disorder, but the pharmaceutical companies would like you to think so.

psychosis

1. A true emotional problem often caused by repetitive, obsessive thinking and often spurred by drug use.

2. A label slapped onto an intelligent person by a psychiatrist who believes that they have a superior vision to the average Joe, who does not believe in the status quo, and also recognizes that they are above much of society due to thinking, intelligence, and intuition.
Mike suffers from psychosis; he was abused when he was younger and now abuses cocaine.

John is highly intelligent and understands himself to be a leader capable of great change, but since he does not agree with the status quo and refuses to be 'put in his place', he has been told that he suffers from 'psychosis' and 'delusional thinking patterns'.

IQ

A bunch of nonsense fabricated by simpletons in an attempt to objectify a complex and subjective attribute known as intelligence. This measures the ability to perform simple mental tasks, which can be augmented by training and practice. IQ tests take no note of intuition and creativity, nor have any bearing on true intelligence. They have some relation to job success because only this simple minded interpretation is needed for repetitive and obedient tasks.
I have scored well over 140 on recognized IQ tests scored by 'certified psychologists' while half asleep, but don't give a shit. A truly intelligent person does not brag, but rather teaches, and realizes that a 'high IQ' means precisely dick, just as well as many other qualifications in modern society such as degrees, etc. Many feel intimidated by the real scope of intelligence thus they try to tame it and make it comprehensible on a 'normal' level rather than to truly develop it within themselves and increase the breadth of their perspective.

empire earth

A real time strategy game spanning the ages. The first one, at its release time, was quite good, albeit a bit cheesy.

The second release was horrible, and should not be touched with a ten foot pole. The fun completely disappeared and the units performed circa 1995 AI

The third installment is set for release in November of this year and already looks like shit judging based on the 'monsters' to be included as futuristic units and the technical problems in the beta.
Empire Earth had potential but was flopped. The developers were somewhat lazy with the first but it was much more forgivable because it was released in 2000.

killzone

Fun game with weak, completely outdated weapons.
The first killzone would have been much better had they ironed out some minor issues. I wish they would just set the series in 2025 if they are going to make the weapons so similar to today's.
