cousin-boy 

A playful way to refer to somone who you're somewhat close with. Most of the time it's used at the end of a sentence.
Person A: Hey, can I borrow $5?
Person B: Alright, but I better have my money back tomorrow, cousin-boy.
Person A: No problem.
