A classic cocktail drink made with approximately 1 ½ oz. Seagram’s 7 crown mixed with 3 oz. of 7-Up. First you pour the Seagram’s 7 over ice in a highball glass, then you top it off with the 7 Up.

The local honky tonk is a good place to get a well made 7&7.

White Lightning

1. Very high proof Moonshine. Borders on being 200 proof; it's pure grain alcohol and is illegal. White Lightning is the subject of a hit George Jones song.

2. White Lightning is also a term for LSD.

Keet

Short for parakeet (or sometimes lorikeet.) Keet is a slang word used by mostly bird breeders and by some pet owners for these small playful birds.

Keets sell for $10 and Tiels for $25.

Valknot

The Valknot is the symbol of Odin. It can be described as three entwined triangles that represent Odin’s nature; it’s the knot around a hanged man’s neck, the nine worlds, the nine days Odin hung, the nine valkyries, the nine parts of the soul, and so forth. To wear a Valknot is to pledge yourself to Odin. It is sometimes known as the knot of death and donning it is not to be taken lightly.

I wear a valknot that way when I die, the Valkyries know where to take me.

Universe

All there is.

This is a flexable term, which once was used for what we now call the solar system. Later, it was used for what we call the Milky Way. Now it is used for the sum total of all the galaxies, of which appears to be about ten billion of them.

The more we learn, the larger our universe seems to get.

Robert E Lee

One of the greatest general's in all of history. Known for his honorable character, devotion to duty, not to mention his brilliant tactical successes in battle after battle against a stronger foe. He repeatedly won distinction for conduct and bravery during the Mexican-American War.

At the begining of the War Between the States, he was offered commands in both the Union and Confederacy, but choose to be loyal to the South as he was born in Virginia.

Northern politicians will not appreciate the determination and pluck of the South, and Southern politicians do not appreciate the numbers, resources, and patient perseverance of the North. Eric the Red

The famous Viking explorer credited with the discovery and settlement of Greenland. 935-1001 AD

Eric Thorvaldsson was born in Jeoderen, Norway and settled in Iceland with his family. He then became a Norse Chieftain. He was well know for his volitile temperament which earned him the nickname of "Eric the Red" and he ended up being exiled from Iceland for three years for murder. He and his wife, Thorhild, had four children, Freydis, Leif, Thorvald, and Thorsteinn. During his banishment, Eric the red decided to sail west, and he found a huge island; he named the island Greenland in order to make it sound pleasant and to encourage settlers to come there, which they did.

Eric the Red is the father of Leif Eriksson who went on to become one of the first Europeans to sail to North America.
