01: Any person who is mean and/or disagreeable (also known as a BASTARD) in any way, shape or form.
02: Any person who likes taking dick and/or any form of dick up the booty (ass).

Refuse to hear or listen to something or somebody on purpose.

When you really try to get people to listen and they don't, they obviously want to turn a deaf ear.

01: Intentionally overlook or ignore something.
02: Have full knowledge of something and refusing to check it out.

People that turn a blind eye, most of the time are no good.

This phrase is most commonly used when somebody has to find out the difference the hard way about something. Like saying, "You don't believe fat meat is greasy" as in "You gonna just have to find out the hard way."
