A person who has not developed the use of speaking from reading and writing, but instead from conversation or freestyle speaking. At best they speak in rhythmatic style with bunches of words. It may be explicitly implied that the person does not get their facts from non-fiction or understanding of life from literature.

A legal defense by rich kids and or adults who are guilty of a crime for which they committed and freely admit. The defence is that the offspring of wealthy, privileged parents who never set limits on their childrens behavior, are exempt from regular laws because natural law allows for special privilege and greater understanding for the rich and powerful in general. This argument comes from a branch of philosophy called circular logic. If the defense works it also means that instead of applying legal limits on rich people's behavior it legally exempts them and only them. This strengthens the defense in further legal problems should they occur again.
The affluenza defense works a lot better than a similar defense works for the offspring or poor, impoverished and suppressed parents, who don't have the resources to feed, cloth or house their kids properly, and because of time and resource constraints are unable keep tract or to set limits on their childrens behavior.

Typically any situation where municipal and traffic violations are strickly enforced and fines are levied. Unfortunately for the poor who cannot afford to pay, the tab gets bigger and violations are compounded for not paying the original fines.
In some cases cash register justice can be a method available to those that can afford to pay the justice system and meet minor stipulations to get their minor criminal charges dropped and expunged from their record.

Cash register justice can be a "pay-to-get away with it" kinda thing especially when criminal charges are dropped and expunged by paying fees to the prosecutor in additions to minor stipulations. This may available to all in theory but easily taken care of by the rich, but not easily affordable by the poor.

The FBI is going after Apple in the courts, because Apple is making it's customers hardware and software difficult to access. The FBI wants a backdoor into Apple devices so terrorist and criminals can't be going dark, when performing illegal activities. Apple is fighting back because a backdoor could allow hackers into their customers computers, making them vulnerable.
