scoobies 

The term scoobies comes from "Scooby Snacks" and refers to charred bits of herb and ash you may suck in while hitting a bowl. While unpleasant, they are no where near as bad as a flaming scooby which is a still smoldering piece of bud that will scorch the back of your throat.

"Dude, that bowl is almost kicked. If you hit it too hard you'll get some mad scoobies . . ."

"*coughing* Boo! Scoobies suck!"

simpsons 

A Brilliant, funny show which has sadly since become mainstream, like all of FOX's new "shows". The general concensus of regular simpsons fans agree that it became this sometime around the 2001-2002 season(season 12). Occasionally, there is a standout episode, however.

The Simpsons was easily the funniest thing on TV until Family Guy came out.

larchmont 

Where you go to live if you are wealthy but don't feel the need to constantly flaunt said wealth (as in Scarsdale and Bronxville).

Son: Daddy, why doesn't mommy wear her pearls and best gowns to walk the dog?

Father: Silly child. We live in Larchmont, not Bronxville.

An arcade game in Doom III, where you get to punch a turkey 'til it explodes! Now THAT is true entertainment. ^.^

Doom III is the long-awaited sequel (anticipated for literally a decade) to the legendary Doom series. Doom III is a hyper-upgrade from the original Doom games. Currently out on PC, it will hit Xbox in either October or November.

Cyberdemon 

The most powerful enemy in the Doom series, also a signature. The Cyberdemon is an enormous bull-headed demon with mechanical add-ons such as a torso with wires, a metallic foot, and above all, a big fat rocket-launcher.

The Cyberdemon makes a return in Doom III, but apparently plays a very significant role in the game (no, you don't play as him, but he has a major purpose in the storyline). Also the Cyberdemon looks bigger & badder than his predecessors.

EBay Roulette 

A game played by some EBayers, in which you pump the bid of a normally-priced item to ludicrous prices (often in the hundreds of thousands) while trying to avoid being the one that ends up with the final bid, and thus having to pay the over-inflated price.

Hmm, there's no bids on that item! Why don't we have a game of EBay Roulette?
