That picture is on the wonk/ the minigun is on the wonk/ my brains are on the wonk. Originates from darkest, most remote parts of Suffolk (u.k) where everyone and everything is said to be'on the wonk'.And with very good reason.

A President Chavez professional hater with no knowledge of his/her own country's history and blames the president for all the shit happening in his/her life. All of them suffer from various mental diseases like schizophrenia and delusion. Their leaders are meaningless, cowards and gay.
