patrizia reggiani
Someone that expected to live to and do everything to excess, and thought that anybody who did not do that was a little coward, somebody weaker than her.
Nobody Patrizia Reggiani ever met was good enough for Patrizia Reggiani, since there was no excess she could go to that would be enough for her (or somebody like her).

Elite
Disregarding the mandates, restrictions, and guidance of the elite by locals who have been disregarded by the elite, and had their democracy and voice slowly taken, little by little is only illegal by the laws of the elite.

Fool
A fool doesn't want anybody to know there's a difference between looking like a fool or people thinking you're a fool and being a fool. A fool says they don't care what anybody thinks of them, and people that say that care more desperately than anyone else what people think of them (as all people care what people think of them). A fool thinks everyone around him/her is weaker than him/her (or sometimes just one or a few people, that way the fool can manipulate everyone else to turn against this/these enemy(ies)).

Home
The guy/girl from Pennsylvania claimed this as his her home too, as much his/her home as the locals, but in reality Pennsylvania would always be home for him/her and this would be somewhere he/she lived as long as he/she lived here. He/she was a guest, a visitor, even if he/she had been here a while or was thinking about staying a while (meaning locals were putting up with his/her bullshit even when they didn't have to).

Home
Where you come from. Where you live is just where you live, and you are a guest there always, as home is where you come from originally.
For him/her Pennsylvania would always be home, as home is where the heart is. Nothing wrong with that, but trying to be something you're not or calling the locals fools isn't going to get you in anything but trouble.

Roberta Ford
Roberta Ford felt that she never got enough stage time, no matter how much time she spent on stage or in the spotlight (even if it was more than others), her narcissism would always make her feel like she was on the sidelines still waiting for her big break, and still ready to break away or through the things (the invisible red tape) that were holding her back.

sideline
Don't let the whining mollycoddle fool you, she got as much sports playing time as a kid as any other kid, her mother and father watched as many of her little league games as they did those of their male children, and she was the kind of person that liked attention so much she would try to walk over anybody she thought was weaker or more passive than her to get it. If you listened to her lies, you would think her mother and father didn't even notice her and that she had to do 10 times as much to prove she was just as worthy as a boy, when really the narrative is a means to an end, a way for her to keep getting the attention she was always accustomed to getting since birth because she was a bully (the kind that bullied due to too little discipline instead of too much). It's everyone around her that always had to prove that they were still worthy of anything once she arrived somewhere, it was everyone around her that had to prove they were not already obsolete, outdated, phased out, or useless (and ready for demolition). She was Buzz Lightyear, her mother's new flying toy. How could anyone not be obsolete when Buzz Lightyear came around? It mattered only to Buzz Lightyear who was on the sideline.
