Someone who is easy to bully or harrass,because they seem mentally affected in some way.Someone who probably has many problems in life,but is too scared or embarrassed to talk about it,and therefore, takes it the wrong way when the bullies are 'only trying to be nice'.

She was an easy target for bullies because she seemed a bit odd,without realising.
